The system itself was set up with the view for us to expand on it. Its user friendly set up has allowed us to create our own programmes and expand on its capacity.
The work flow it’s created has massively reduced our reliance on outsourced labour as well as streamlining our processes in house.
These changes have given us increased throughput which, most importantly, is at a very consistent level allowing us to work to a regular timeframe.

The global situation in 2022 was a difficult year for supply and delivery delays were understandable, but you kept us all abreast of milestones in a very professional way.
Thanks for the successful commissioning of the robotic welding system. We are encouraged by the results to date and are expecting great productivity improvements across a range of over 20 products that will go through the robot.
